though i really didn’t plan for this release of my vol 1 ebooks in my four small series, to be priced to free during national poetry month, it’s working out that way, mostly because of the timing of these volume one’s becoming available from prior commitments

as posted via google’s + 1

Here’s the idea, and the plan. I have four series of small inspirational ebooks featuring prose poetry, or prosepoems with images. I want to make Vol 1 of each series free by the end of this month. One is free at some participating outlets already, while the other Vol1′s are releasing from prior commitments during the month, then going free.

my regular readers, of either my blog site or my ebooks, are probably fairly familiar with my selection of ebooks

this includes larger collections of poems and/or images, many with work dating from the early 90s through today -

in addition, i have been creating smaller collections of prose poems, photo poems, and artphotopoems, while i continue organizing and formatting more of the larger collection of works, from over a thousand poems written the last few decades

this post is my plan for enabling free pricing for vol 1 of each my four smaller ebook series, as each edition comes off prior commitments, and finish pricing each vol 1 at free by the end of this april, details below :

The Volume One Free Plan

i currently have four small ebook series, consisting of prosepoems, photopoems, and artphotopoems

each series vol 1 will be made free for an indefinite period of time beginning in april
each series vol 1 becomes available from other commitments at different times during the month of april, so please check back to either this page, or My eBooks page for all updates
it is anticipated they will remain free for an extended time

it is anticipated (and in-progress) to add more digital online outlets, where “a month of mornings” vol 1 and the other vol 1′s of these small series will also be available free

at the beginning of each description for each volume of each series is the following heads up about the content i present in general in each work in these series

Please Read:

I am breaking usual protocol regarding book descriptions, and offering a gentle heads up about all the books in each of my small ebook series.

These books may not be what you might expect.

There are no thrill images in the books with images. There’s no complex thought structure in the writings in those series books.

My intent, from the beginning, is to offer my own simple, every day, common place experiences that any one might have, in the course of living daily life, day to day. And thus encourage others to also feel compassion for their own experiences, and realize we all can take baby steps to being better people.

I have photographed since high school, from a time when film was precious, tiny smokey light bulbs provided lighting, and there was no recourse to “fix” a picture digitally.

My writing years began only a bit later in the early 70s.

Except for honing how i write and how i compose pictures (both of which are really endless pleasures) plus the wonderful flexibility that digital provides, not much has changed. The struggle, the challenge, the pleasure, is still being in each day the best I can.

I do believe each of us is capable of changing for the better, but I feel it’s more a changing to the person we already are, but maybe not frequently enough.

Each series of books deals with an aspect of working to make a better self of being in our world. There are no grand moments that answer everything and encapsulate the whole process of living, or of reading my books.

It’s always been a process for me, and remains so here.
