On my Twitter Feed Yesterday, Wednesday July 10, 2019 – Add Something Positive From Yours In the Comments 😊

Ideas come to me of things I’d like to do with my blog – this is one I’m gonna try 😊

I have a fairly nice Twitter feed, meaning I like the majority of folks I follow and I rarely will ReTweet (RT) anyone I don’t.

That said, I know I have a trend of things I RT –

1. Pictures I like

2. Poems I like

3. Sayings I like

4. Quotes I like

5. Announcements I like (books, events, art shows, etc)

A Few Things I Want & Don’t Want to Do

  1. Each time I blog I’ll try to vary my selections from among the the differing folk I retweet.
  2. I’ll almost always try to avoid politics and negative tweets.
  3. And I do almost always tend to share positive sentiments 💕 — intriguing words and images — humor — and sentimental moments….

And of course there’s much more on my day to day Twitter feed (barring family trips or illness or such) @FelipeAdanLerma 😊

My Plans For This Idea

Tweet selections each post from differing folks.

I’d also like to make this kind of post an irregular regular, lol!

That means as able but frequently enough one might recognize it showing up again!

Kind of like my Aging Gracefully and PhotoPoem posts, and hopefully my eBay and Poetry and Paintings and other Image posts.

I kinda feel like a kid again, testing, exploring — building sandcastles on Galveston’s normally gentle beach — then sometimes digging down so deep – I hit water…. 😊

Like the idea? Want to participate?

Post a positive/encouraging twitter url in the comments. One per person.

I won’t approve anything negative, ugly, violent, or leaves me scratching my head wondering what to do, lol!

If your tweet url comment doesn’t make it through please try again. I don’t anticipate having to have a total limit of comments, but if I do I’ll let folks know.

I do think I’ll have a cut-off time for no further comments after a set time, but haven’t decided what yet.

Other Options & Ideas

This very short, very sweet short story of mine on Amazon is set in Paris, and features most of the young teens I like to use in most of my multi-generational fiction. It I mmediately came to mind as befitting a post celebrating good things in life 😊 This ebook edition also features six of my Paris images and two of my Paris poems as bonus material!

I did buy or browse several Twitter help books on Amazon when I first joined Twitter, but the best for me, that spoke most personally to my concerns, was this relatively dense-with-information work from Rayne Hall. The title addresses writers, but the information is applicable to all creatives. I tend to hardly ever follow anyone’s advice 100%, but her’s comes close 😊 And is available in ebook or paper (in case you like to scribble). Rayne is also often responsive to Tweets with sincere questions. That’s nice too..very nice….

All the best everyone!

    • You bet! But you are doing really well, so if anything, I’d view Twitter as an extension of what you already do, then experiment to see both what works and what appeals to you. Thanks, Tiffany 😊
