My own fitness tracker, one my children gave me for Christmas last year, is a Garmin vívosmart HR Activity Tracker. I’ve been impressed how well it works as much as how much I’ve learned and realized about my own fitness activities. But that’ll have to wait for another blog post, soon it seems! 😊
