My son, Philip, recently built and opened a 3 bedroom private hillside home by the beach (Pacific side) in Costa Rica, and it’s available now through Airbnb! 😊

WOW. STUNNING. BEAUTIFUL. PRISTINE. PERFECT. CLOSE TO THE BEACH. INCREDIBLE HOSTS. PARKING GARAGE. POOL. SAFE. Seriously, what more could you ask for? This is by far the nicest AIrB&B I have ever stayed in. Its absolutely gorgeous, with 3 bedrooms- all with their own huge bathroom and shower! The sparkling pool and the seating area is just perfect for grilling and hanging out. And the location??!! ITS a 1 MINUTE WALK TO THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH AND DOZENS OF WONDERFUL RESTAURANTS! Hosts are super responsive, even though we didn’t have to ask for much because there were no issues! Equipped with everything you need, including super comfy beds with soft & clean linens, a coffee maker and espresso machine! I have ZERO negative things to say about this stunning house- just book it! You will be so happy you did!!

It looks amazing!! I have not been there but my son travels that direction, I don’t think he has been to Costa Rica but I will pass this on to him in case he plans to go there!! He travels a lot more than I do!!! Anyway, beautiful place, your son did well!!!

Yeah, he & his wife developed it while still working & traveling to their work destinations, but they’re very happy with both their place and the location, and of course the people there in Costa Rica, wonderful folks (wife & I’ve only been down there once, but loved it!). And Philip is very reception to inquiries via Airbnb, so if your son has any questions, Philip’ll be glad to try & help 😊

Wow! We have always wanted to go to Costa Rica, now I know where to stay, this home is amazing!

My son had it custom built, and I won’t say his wife is picky, but maybe particular, lol! Plus, the youngest girl (mom to the 6 year old) & her husband went there last month, and she’s “very” picky & loved it! 💕 If you have any other ?s email me via my blog email, limtededitionsbyadan @ gmail dot com 😊 I didn’t put it in the post, but the one time my wife and I went, we were pretty close to this location, and it’s beautiful!
