I know that look, I know that stance, and I know that view 💕
Our youngest grandchild and his mom are spending a few days in Paris, and who can’t resist making a stop at the Louvre? I know Sheila and I couldn’t when we were there, lol!
This is a young man who’s seeing another world, as busy and vibrant and alive as anything he’s know back home, and he wonders what this other world is really all about – not esoterically, but mundanely, everyday, being part of this different architecture, different language, different clothes.
He’s been many places already, Galapagos, Costa Rica, mountains, deserts – and yet this one is different. This one has a human civilization rivaling his own back home, plus dating thousands of years further back.
And yes, I’m talking about my own self as much as I’m guessing about him.
But that’s okay 😊 ❤️
