1st trip in 3 years

Time to wrap up our short but wonderful stay with the 8 year old and other grandparents ♥️ Soon there’ll be another sunrise.

I’d forgotten the feel of an immense sky above us – that’s the other grandpa in pic ❤️ It was one of the things I took for granted in Galveston, was amazed about in Costa Rica, and very much surprised about along Lake Champlain in Vermont 😊 Big skies!

So early in the morning, 1st twilight had barely begun, but the lights from homes and boats dotted the night and gave me this lovely unintentionally watercolor-ish night shot from my iPhone 😊

An aquarium visit proved interesting, fun and educational 😊 Probably the most important being that all creatures, no matter their color, size, or type of life..need connection – love, most of us would say ♥️
