Lovely Lilies Series on Fine Art America – Partners

Like most of the images I capture on camera, my florals are pictures I come upon and find around me in daily life.
These gorgeous natural light beauties literally sprang from the ground mid spring last year in our back yard here in Austin. Just two stalks, but with numerous buds blooming for about a week.
The trees had recently grown their leaves, so they were still relatively small and light and unlike their survive-the-summer stiffness, bent easily in the breeze. It was warm (for Texas) and I could sit on the end of a low deck near where they had sprouted, and wait for the wind to move the leaves and let through the light in ways that, in waves, hid and revealed the lilies’ colors, shapes, and beauty.
I’ve placed the images I’ve so far prepared and uploaded them into a special gallery I created on Fine Art America simply titled, Lovely Lilies. “Partners” is one of nine so far in that collection.
I was very fortunate to have these flowers appear to me, and be in a position to capture the beauty of a few of them.
Below are applications beyond posters and prints and greeting cards that this and the other lily images can be applied to – thank you so much for coming by (smiles).
Please like and/or follow in you are on Twitter!
I should note that the tote bag is as gorgeous as the pillow!
And if like me you enjoy coffee or tea, this may work just right 🙂
