Short Intro

This post will outline basic information on pricing, sizes, material, shipping, and customizing of my first physical posters on offer since a small selection of 8x10s for sale on Amazon for a few years back a few years ago.

Those 8x10s sold reasonably well, but took a lot of work and material to get then put together then ship to Amazon. I few of these newer larger posters will hopefully also make it to Amazon and also hopefully generate enough demand where I can add more images to the mix there 😊

Meanwhile, all available physical posters are available from me at the same price I’ll have them on Amazon.

Additionally I’m looking into also offering the physical posters on eBay and Etsy. I don’t have an account on Etsy but will look into what that’ll take. eBay I already offer items, so hopefully adding a few poster options won’t be a problem. They would also be at the same price as from myself or Amazon.

Customization of any text on the poster, other than my signature – Adan – on each image, will have to be done directly through me at this time. More on that further below.

Eight New Physical Posters Available Now

As of today I have 8 new physical posters you can order directly from me – yay! 😊

All and any of the eight finished poster prints are available directly from me, either by email ( limitededitionsbyadan@gmail.com ) or when that poster’s individual page is created and posted the next two weeks before Sept 6th.

Pricing

Each poster is $14.95 plus any applicable sales tax.

Payment is through PayPal. They accept almost any form of payment. I’m also looking into being able to take Amazon Pay, but not sure how that works yet. I know I’ve gotten emails from Amazon about it, but question’ll be if I qualify.

Sizes – Finish Size & Printed Size

Each full image is printed onto the 12×18 heavy poster paper in its original Fine Art America optimum size.

Each poster version is printed onto the same 12×18 sized paper, which may or may not include cropping to enhance its look and effect with the mat colors added. The final image product with text and mat like colors added around the image is also in its final original Fine Art America listing 😊

And though each image may vary slightly in finished size, a white border is reserved around each within the 12×18 sized paper (samples below).

The white around the finished poster helps with several things —

• There’s room for me to sign the poster if desired 😊
• If taken to a framer, it’ll make his or her job easier with room to maneuver.
• Any unlikely crimping along the edges is absorbed by the non-picture area.
• Taping or push-pinning the image to the wall is less likely to affect the printed area (I know this has been very handy for kids of all ages from toddlers to college age students, and even office work areas unsuitable for the weight of a frame).

Poster Material

I am currently using two variations of very heavy stock paper.

One is a linen textured surface that seems to work best with light colored images giving them an almost watercolor feel. The other is an ultra high end gloss that’s exceptional with deep colors.

My printer at Southside Printing and I produced a variety of samples from which I chose those I felt worked best with each image.

As can be seen, they also hold fairly flat fairly easily 😊

Shipping

Shipping is free to anywhere in the continental U.S. 💕

All other locations are based on actual costs.

Ample 3 inch quality tubes will hold each shipment with each poster needing only a gentle rolling. The clear acid free sleeves are a real plus!

Customizing

Typically text-image posters ( see links in the “In The Works” section below) lend themselves to customizing. And even posters with text in the borders as shown further above can be changed to suit your needs.

An example would be adding someone’s name in place of one of the text lines, such as, in “Theatre of Light” adding or changing the text to also or instead say, “Mom’s Flowers” ❤️

Customizing each poster is $5.00 extra to cover the time to alter and test the digital files, confirm the text with you, send and pick up from the printer.

Important —
Print size of the text may be smaller or changed to enable to the customization, but we would text you a small draft copy to show the change, which would also serve for your return reply confirmation to us.

Anywhere from 2 to 5 days prep may be needed depending on other orders, other projects, communication to confirm your order with you, and the usual unforeseeable stuff when dealing with an older artist, me! Lol 😂

Also Important: Each customized order will —

• Still ship free in the continental U.S.
• Include a non-customized copy of the same poster at no extra charge 😊
• This offer is valid through then end of 2019 and then we’ll re-evaluate.

This latter “extra” was something my wife and I occasionally were able to do with a few of our customers the decades we customized and sold our writings and sayings and images in malls and craft shows 💕

I think it would be a great way to continue

In The Works

In the works are text based or sayings related new posters such as “Volleyball Setter” and “Good Morning Bird” and “One Bird” and “The Golden Rule” among others like “Heart Beats” (for lovers) and “Step-Mom” for family and co-incidentally uses “White Blue Cluster” (one of my eight new posters now available) as its background!

A static Posters Page is also in the works but I’m giving priority to the 8 individual poster postings for now. Meanwhile, this post will be tagged to show up with my other top posts on my landing page – www.felipeadanlerma.com .

Tentative Posting Schedule To Sept 6th

Due to my impending surgery Sept 6th, I’m planning out my posting ideas more strictly than usual – with a little less leeway to swerve off course than I like, lol!

Tuesday Aug 27 – Update on my most viewed image last week on Fine Art America. And yes! It’s one of the new posters, yay!

Wednesday Aug 28 – Individual new poster page, probably my most viewed image from last week as reported by Fine Art America 😊

Thur/Sat – Aug 29 / 31 – Three more new poster pages

Sunday Sept 1 – buffer day for who knows what, lol!

Mon/Thur Sept 2 / 5 – Other 4 new poster pages

Each individualized poster page post will show both the file image that’s available from Fine Art America for archival prints & a “very” wide range of gift items (totes, coffee mugs, shower curtains +++) and the actual print poster as it appears complete with white border to a size of 12×18.
