WebMD’s “Tips” are usually a great combo of fun and surprising health or fitness related facts, both their quiz’s and their “Tips” – and this one’s smack dab all that, lol! 😊
Like the caption for Tip #1 above! If you’re not sleepy, then stay up! ‘Course they give some constructive suggestions to still steer you to a good night’s sleep 😴
I esp liked one called, “Call Out Your Worries” –
excerpt –
If they’re stuck inside your mind, worries and “What ifs?” can grow unchecked….

And another is, “Go Ahead and Worry” –
excerpt –
Spoiler alert: You won’t be able to get rid of all your worries for good. In fact, the more you tell yourself not to stress, the more you probably will….

These are all short (though the quotes above are excerpts, there’s a little more to the suggestions) and include breathing, a simple yoga pose, and not paying your bills (sorta 😊)
Some of these will be good reminders. I know I need ‘em, lol!
All the best everyone!

These tips do make sense; thank you for sharing, Felipe!

You bet, thanks, Dolly! Some of these I need to strongly consider, some I do, and some, well, sometimes I do, lol! But I like these idea posts from WebMD & SilverSneakers ‘cause some of these ideas are not what I’d usually expect, like don’t try to force myself to sleep, it’s ok to read or such til I get sleepy; nice! 😊

Great tips, Adan! I am all about the one about “lists”, I find that if I start my to-do list the night before, I feel more in control and I am able to rest easy knowing that it will all get done tomorrow! Have a great day!

I’ve only sketchingly done that, to-do list the night before, though my wife’s really good at this; so maybe it’s time I tried it too, lol! Thanks for the feedback, Tiffany! 😊
