May 22, 2022 – Sheila & I Attended 2 Gallery Openings Saturday! #PrimalGalleryDS #AustinArtSpace

Despite 100 degree heat all day ( felt worse, lol!) and a 90% chance of severe thunderstorms ( never happened! ) Sheila and I drove west then north from and within Austin and had our 1st fun full day outing seeing a huge wonderful variety of art, chatting with new and old friends, and feeling like we are part of a community again!

Art does that sometimes! 💕

I’m gonna add just a couple of photos from yesterday ( Saturday, May 21, 2022 ) below, then later next week, do individual posts for each of the two shows.

Very different, with a lot in common, it truly was liberating to go out and about and see so much live art again 🙏

If-when Sheila and I get to travel again, we’ll have to leave time to go to a museum or two; it’s been too long 😊
