Voter ID – ReVisiting John R. Lewis’ 2021 Voting Rights Proposal That Failed – What’s Different Now – And Why Not Debate it With the Current 2026 Voting Rights – Together?

This is a short post I seldom write up. A political post.

Understandably so. There’s a lot of the usual “they” don’t want this or that now talk from this or that political party.

Well the Republicans say Democrats are afraid the the Voting Rights bill from Republicans, yet the Democrats say, well, that the Republicans rejected the Democrats Voting Rights Bill, via John R Lewis’ proposed bill in 2021, 4 years ago.

Well I suggest a unified 2-party bill, ironed out by our collectively elected officials, fully televised on all TV networks.

Seems simple enough. Certainly important enough I think.

My general preference is for an inclusive easy secure way to vote. Inclusive. Secure. Fair.

For all of us legally entitled to vote.

And that’s it. ‘Bout all I can do at 3/4 of a century old 😊❤️🙏🇺🇸
