I have talked about lost and found edges before but there are those who still aren’t “getting it.” Let’s go step by step on how to make a lost and found edge.

Caroline’s post is much older, 2014, but as is true of valuable information about art, and good and great art itself, time doesn’t matter that much in terms of the material’s timeliness or value ❤️

      You bet! Things one can apply I’d think digitally or in any visual medium I bet, fade/or erase a line here and there. Might be my imagination but you seem to be getting better and better at hiding those digital choices, Kirt, your work seems so integrated & whole —

    This is very interesting! I hope someday to make the time to start a watercolor class, there is a lot to learn!

      Me too! Would “love” to take a watercolor class. There’s a bunch around Austin, but all the relatively close to me ones have been sold out through into summer! Hoping for maybe one this fall, we’ll see 😊 And of course, most of these ideas, lost & found edges etc, as shown via Dianne Mize’s reblog, are good for oil & acrylics too. But so much more nimble foot (hand/brush 😊) work needed it seems in watercolor.
