Getting messages from folks in our apt bldg saying power is back on “so far” though water’s not as of yet.

Sheila and I’ll drive there later this morning and see what we see 😊

More updates later today or this evening 🤞

Take care everyone 🙏

    • We finally got heat! And, it shot up 40 degrees to the mid-70s, lol! Thanks ok, worth the trade-off 😊 Water’s finally running, but under a boil notice still & subject to cut-offs when leaks happen to even nearby places’ pipes. Still, slowly..getting..better, lol!

    • Thanks, Kirt! It’s been one of the more challenging weather times I’ve been in, close to the 2 weeks in Galveston after Hurricane Alicia, and the week or so during Hurricane Carla in Houston in ’61. We’re still crawling out of the no-water situations, but lots of inflow from other states now that the roads are drivable! 😊
