April 19, 2021 – My Most Viewed Image This Week @FineArtAmerica, Abstract Detail 2 Faith in a Safe Return

*

Goodness, I started this post last night and it’s nearly 4pm the next day now, lol! Spent most today taking care of getting new internet access equipment, obtaining & confirming rental insurance for the new location, and searching several stores with in-stock indoor/outdoor carpeting for our new balcony-to-be!

So it’s kinda nice, that in less than a week’s time, Abstract Detail 2 Faith in a Safe Return turned out to be my most viewed image on Fine Art America last week! ♥️ The title itself is apropos – suggesting faith in safely, happily completing our new move! 😊

I’d like to think detail from my larger painting is the relief my wife will feel the final day of our move, standing at our new balcony, hopefully both of us welcoming a brand new better chapter in our lives ☺️

  1. 🎉YAY!!! Congratulations!!🎉 It’s such a beautiful painting! (And I hope your “to do” lists shrink every day so that you can get some time to relax & enjoy your new place!) 👏👏♥️👏👏

    1. Ahhhahah, the list is definitely shrinking, but there’s so much and in our 70s we’re certainly trudging, lol! But -gettin’ there! Thanks, Robin! 😊

      1. Haaa! I totally understand! It’s nowhere near as easy as it was in our 30’s! 🤗👋

        1. Omgosh, I only realized ’bout 1/2 a decade ago, back when I was 30, I still acted and felt and thought like I was in my early 20s – ie, unending energy (sleep? why? Lol!) and figure it out when I get to it – thought the latter’s become sorta internalized as part of my “intuitive – cough/cough – art approach 😊

    1. Crawling back through this past week’s comments, Francisco, and so glad I caught yours, thank you! We weren’t quite fully settled in yet then 6 days ago (my gosh!) and still have weeks of repositioning ourselves, but we’re fully moved in! Thanks again so much! ❤️

Best of luck Felipe, I know it’s hard work, did it 2 1/2 years ago, but savour the memories…
