Though my own art work veers and merges between abstract, impressionist and figurative, Norman Rockwell’s paintings have always appealed to me, even long before I became aware how courageous he was with his topics, such as segregation and equal access.

This short written article I found nevertheless has an a abundance of eleven varied themes and feelings from this American master.

          sounds wonderful! our youngest grandchild’s other grandpa said he’s going to San Lukas soon; ya’ll have some favorite spots? anything Hemingway-ish? or just wonderful views and soft breezes? 😊

            Of course we have favorite spots. Islamorada is one, Tavernier is another. We know a spot around Key Largo where we drop anchor and watch the fireworks from all the islands. Heads swiveling!
