Reformatting Images of My Art for Truer Representation, Bit by Bit, Literally

I know 1st things I’d want to know is how are my newer images better, and how can I apply this to more of my work.

First off, I don’t have an auto or bulk method in place. I’m not even sure I could do a bulk reformat; definitely not with my current level of knowledge.

But, after a relatively long hit & miss exploration, I was able to find what works with the computer image tools I have.

Basically I not only needed to reformat the export settings of my imaging program to web centric vs ready to print etc. But, with the particularities of the version’s setup of my imaging software.

Conversing with Google, via initiating an online search/discussion – and – being able to share screenshots of what I was working on, plus wanting to limit use of my image files to small file screen use, I was able to find a file format to present a much better representation of what “I” saw and felt viewing my art, especially paintings.

I feel this new format now presents the physical presence of my work closer to actuality as I myself see it, especially in regards to textures, colors, value changes, etc.

Next blog post here at WordPress, I hope to begin the process of presenting the before and after of my currently posted reformatted images.

Newer paintings will be posted in new format only.
