Reaching for the Light
I woke and pulled on two T-shirt’s and long pants to walk and the temperature rose ten degrees in ten minutes — but I found this…
I’d seen the early morning cable news channels sputter each time one side spoke a counter truth — but I found this…
I’d heard a good friend had passed in his sleep — but found this…
And wondered — had he found me, left these soft bright reminders of light and shade at the corner where I often walked — so I’d find I’d also found myself?

Thanks so much, Deb – this one appealed to me the moment I took the shot (was out on a morning walk) 🙂

I just read a little something on how angels communicate with us through moments like these. I never thought about it that way before but it surely opens up a larger picture! Thanks for sharing, Felipe.

I think that’s true! The universe I believe is all connected, in repeating patterns/opportunities, and these must be moments when things are aligned enough the conditions are ripe & we can’t help but pay attention — though I suspect there’s lots of near misses trying getting hold of me, lol! 🙂

I did feel really lucky, thanks, Tiffany! Plus letting me know which flower this was. I’ve really enjoyed the colors and scents of flowers for a long time, and have finally gotten to the point where I’d learn more about them, including their names — so I much appreciate it! 🙂
