Kinda weird but in a good way, uploading the improved image capture of Mountain Canoe happened nearly two years to the day I created it’s original files for upload to Fine Art America! No biggie, just one of those things that makes me smile and wonder ‘bout things 😊
Below is a small comparison grouping of the before and after.
For whatever reason, I didn’t even have a painted sig on the uploaded work and had to use a digital sig, weird. I must’ve really wanted to upload back then, lol!
The stars in the current image-version were actually there. The lighting, and my camera shot, just didn’t capture the highlights and color (canoe) well at all!
Anyway, glad I have this done. It’d been bothering me for awhile and I’ve been wanting to update and “square away” my upload info for my paintings on Fine Art America so I can proceed a little more accurately and confidently with the “very” slowly progressing newsletter I want to set up.
Size of the original is 8×8, water soluble oils on a 1.5 inch deep gallery wrap canvas 😊
Art prints, masks etc are of course also available –
Stay well everyone! Stay creative! It helps ❤️
