May 01, 2022 – Slept a Lot, Painted a Little, Getting Better! #AgingGracefully

A sleepy multi-nap afternoon, one 15 minute exercise early, and a touch of painting was my day, lol!

Plus was able to get some antibiotics, and, good food via Sheila.

My art work today was mostly touch-up painting, but feeling happier with my work-in-progress, “Seeing.”

Though still not sure I’ve gotten all the major dark / light areas all to my liking, my dab-touching of lighter and darker accents on some of the larger areas of black are starting to “sing” a bit, and that really made me feel better.

Tomorrow, Sunday ( May 1st, 2022 ) we have the 9 year old most the day, plus it’s my wife and I’s 41st anniversary – so we’ll pace and enjoy, especially early before the heat sets in, lol!
