Last surgery pic I’ll show I think; wasn’t even aware of the cut til today, lol! My focus has been on hourly high pressure rinses of my nostrils to keep the channels clean to heal well, and so I can breathe occasionally through my nose instead of only by mouth.
I can tell already though, once I’ve healed enough to have the splints out ( hopefully next Thursday ) I’m gonna experience a vastly improved quality of life 🙏
How folks go through this alone, esp elderly or disabled, is beyond me. Without Sheila being with me, well I don’t even want to think of it ☺️
Hopefully tomorrow I’ll have nice sky picture to share!
