Max(imum) entertainment during social distancing 😊
Sometimes the remedy a long day alone at home for myself and Sheila is just a little something special. Here’s our 7 year old after reading a chapter from comic novel Dog Man to us 💕
We have our own top entertainment show playing for us, lol! ❤️

Series link – Aging Through Covid-19
Suggested link, my suggested link today is via WebMD, https://www.webmd.com/lung/ss/slideshow-how-you-suppress-immune-system – Things That Suppress Your Immune System. Not surprising is #1, lack of sleep (when we make important immune system cells AND that require protein!)
Do you have good, positive, useful or encouraging info to share? Please post in the moderated comments below 😊
Note: Each time I post while doing this series (may it be a short series, but if so, for positive reasons 😊), I’ll post one or more links to posts I feel are worth seeing or reading. Some will be COVID-19 specific, some just uplifting, some encouraging via exercise or nutrition etc, but all within the rubric of what we’re all facing tougher ❤️
