July 01, 2022 – Our First Pigeon at Our New Place Shows Up for Food, Atop Our New Ivy Screen

Sheila and I’ve gotten to experience several 1st’s since moving into The LadyBird here in Austin, so it was specially nice when two 1st’s joined to make a memorable image through our window – our new first ever ivy privacy screen & our 1st pigeon on our new balcony eyeing the bird feeder sitting patiently on the balcony floor ( for now ) 😊

With the 100s back in force, and month-to-month back-to-back record heat setters ( so far ) this summer – our new shade creating ivy screen and our friendly feathered visitor were more than welcome 🙏

Turning in early again. Though, at past 9pm it really isn’t for us; but it’s still light, lol!

Tomorrow I hope to post our 1st crescent moon capture during sunset ❤️
