Info about the offer
Hi everyone – I’ve had a few requests already for info about the new Kindle Worlds from Joe Konrath for his character Jack Daniels. Here’s some links below.
If you’re outside the U.S., Joe has an agent he says will handle requests to participate. This would be by first contacting him after reading about the program (email below).
It’s not a perfect program. I would like a reversion clause. But film and TV rights for the story are protected. The character is protected across all outlets. And royalties are paid not only for digital, but, if Amazon decided to print, produce audio or translations, etc, for those also.
At this point in time, if one wants to and is able to create a story featuring one of his or her characters, and have them join with Jack Daniels (or other of Joe’s listed characters), this is, in my opinion, the best deal out there.

My Story Synopsis
Jack and Sam, both ladies with law enforcement background, meet to host a children’s safety talk at a convention. But the guard opening the door is killed in front of them, the children already there have been abducted, and the two other guards inside are pinned down. Lt. Jack Daniels and Samantha Lacroix hit it off, and wouldn’t mind going for a drink together. They only need to make it out alive first. With the children.
