Image #26 – Personally & In the Story

My image editing program, Affinity Photo, says I used my iPhone 5 back in Sept 2014 to capture this image.

Very similar to the image #25 featured in my previous post, #26 is a view of Lake Champlain from Battery Park very near where my wife grew up.

The lighting, in the few hours that’d passed from the previous image, has dimmed, subtly but significantly, foreshadowing further changes in the novel.

Everything’s still beautiful. But the sailboat – is it being guarded, or surrounded?

Even with the reader’s advantage of knowing the multi-points-of-view…

Can anything be certain?

Queen, the Novel
A rambling jump-shot short-chapter multi-POV, inter-generational crime thriller set in Vermont, Queen the Novel was first released as 34 serials as an experiment. It definitely kept me “at it”! And though aware of improvements I can make, I am still personally very pleased with the effort

    • That’s what I tell her, lol! She does tell me she took so much of it for granted, natural since it was all she knew, and my love for her home state has made her appreciate it the more ❤️ I dearly missed not going this year, but hoping for next time 😊 Oh, and glad you liked the cup, I thought I pretty neat on that too when I picked a gift sample, thank you so much for letting me know 🙂
