To make posting my series of excerpt tweets for my novella, The Old American Artist, easier for me to post regularly (Mon-Fri), and quicker for folks to see and read, I created a reference post/page with “lots” of info that can easily be reached there 😊

That includes info on or about :

  • Intro to this series
  • Tweet itself on Twitter
  • The image art for my cover, my painting, San Antonio Riverwalk
  • About my art and it’s relationship to this literary fiction work
  • The numbering system I’m using in the tweets (and why)
  • Hashtag #OldAmericanArtistExcerpts – why I use it in my tweets

Tweet excerpt,

Like the transitions of breezes and sounds on the wind in the approaching evening outside, Arturo was morphing from being “an” artist, to being “the” artist. Glancing at a small mantle above a now sealed fireplace, he felt the pangs of missing close companionship. Fluffer’s box of ashes sat beside that of Sundance, his first kitty. He missed their tail wrappings and soft rubbing. And he missed the visit of the children, too far away in America. Rosetta, due home this night, would, in passing the mantle, often reach out quietly, glancing at Arturo, touching their boxes, and whispering, “Sleep well little kitties, we love you.”
