September 13, 2022 – 1st Exercises After Surgery : Every Movement is a Stretch

Just a quick update since my breathing surgeries last week — I’m doing better each day, even with half my face bandaged, lol! Hopefully I’ll have some sort of silicone slats removed Thursday, but not sure what kind of drainage care and other goodies I may still need doing. Meanwhile I’ve started trying some SilverSneakers classes, but only either strictly stretch classes, or strength classes with moves I can mimic not using weights and bands – ie, just pure conscious slow movements; what some of the SilverSneakers instructors have described as — “every movement is a stretch” – I like that 😊
