Just a quick post spurred by my recent yawning during some of my exercise routines, but first a disclosure — that’s not me yawning, from any year, including any in my past, in the pic above,lol! ☺️
Rather it belongs to an article found during my Google search re yawns & exercise, “Why Do We Yawn When We Exercise?“
I wanted to find out if the main reason “I” felt I was yawning – tension release / relaxing – especially during more intense-to-me routines, and some strength sets I deliberately do slower than demo’d, was on track. And it is! Among lots of other good reasons…
I won’t list those other reasons cause it might take the fun away of hunting through the articles to see which might resonate with your own experiences 😊
