Last week I post a more in-depth post, pictures & info, of the SilverSneakers Stability class Sheila and I take with Curt Holland at Gold’s Gym here in Austin, promising to update with a shot I thought I’d taken but, well, didn’t take, lol! That’s the shot above 😊
Below is the closest I got to the full to the side-leg-arm-head movement I could only hint at in my previous post. It’s actually the beginning sequence that works us our way to the top pic, and we practice doing both the left and right sides of the body!
It’s a challenging sequence, at least for me ☺️ but feels great when I pull it off!
