August 31, 2022 – SilverSneakers Goes For a Record Live Dance Class Attendance on Facebook 1:30 PM CST – TODAY!!

This should be a really fun class, fun event, and a great workout!

As most my blog readers know, Sheila and I’ve been utilizing SilverSneakers’ live zoom classes for quite awhile now, really enjoying the variety and quality of classes and instructors – from Line Dance to Total Body Workout – Sheila’s and my own favorites respectively, though we each sometimes join the other and we share the class 😊

The instructional level is superb and much of the info very timely.

Some of y’all know I’ll be having relatively major surgery late next week – 5 hours, to repair my ability to breath – and Sheila just old me SilverSneakers had recently posted an article on Facebook titled, “Prehab: 4 Things Every Older Adult Should Do Before Surgery” – subtitled, “Follow these simple steps to prepare your body, ease your mind, and speed your recovery”.

So being able to do this go-for-the-record attendance live dance class really appeals to us; should be fun and healthy 🙏 Can’t beat that! ❤️
